    In short: We collect your account info, the training data you enter, and payment status (handled by Stripe, not stored by us). We use it to run the App and support you — never to sell to advertisers or third parties. You can request, correct, or delete your data anytime by emailing us. If you're under 13, we don't allow accounts at all.

    1. Who We Are

    Called to Fly is operated by Goshen Hub LLC ("we," "us," "our"), based in San Antonio, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the App, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

    We built Called to Fly to be a stewardship tool for student pilots — protecting your training journey and your money. That same principle applies to your data: we collect only what the App needs to work, and we treat it as something we're holding in trust, not something to monetize.

    2. Information We Collect

    Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name you provide.

    Training journey data. Information you enter into the App, including: flight hours, flight dates and categories, training costs, milestone/stage progress, notes, and flight school selections.

    Logbook data (Premium). If you subscribe to Premium, additional structured logbook entries and any data included in Recruiter Export files.

    Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number — Stripe handles and stores payment credentials directly under its own security standards. We receive only subscription status, plan type, and billing history from Stripe.

    Support communications. If you contact support through the in-app Support button, we collect your message, optional reply-to email, and — if you choose to include it — a screenshot of the app screen you were viewing. Support emails are sent via Resend from calledtofly@goshenhubllc.com and land in a Google Workspace mailbox managed by Goshen Hub LLC. Screenshots and support messages are retained for 90 days after your ticket is resolved, then deleted, unless we need to keep a record longer for an active dispute or legal reason.

    Usage data. Basic technical data such as device type, app version, and general usage patterns, collected to maintain and improve the App.

    We do not knowingly collect: precise real-time location, government ID numbers, or biometric data.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    We use collected information to:

    • Provide and operate the App's core features (roadmap, cost tracker, logbook, export)
    • Process and manage your Premium subscription via Stripe
    • Respond to support requests
    • Send you service-related communications (e.g., subscription confirmations, important App updates)
    • Maintain security and prevent misuse of the App
    • Improve the App using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns

    We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your training or financial data for third-party advertising.

    4. How Your Information Is Stored

    App data is stored using Supabase, a third-party backend infrastructure provider. Supabase applies access controls (including row-level security) so that your data is accessible only to your authenticated account and authorized App administrators.

    5. Third-Party Services We Use

    In plain terms: we use a small number of trusted service providers to run the App. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

    6. Recruiter Export and Sharing

    When you use the Recruiter Export feature, you control what is shared and with whom. Once you export or share a file outside the App (e.g., emailing it to a recruiter), Goshen Hub LLC has no further control over that copy, and this Privacy Policy no longer governs its handling.

    7. Children's Privacy

    Called to Fly is not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we don't allow account creation below that age. If you're a parent and think your child under 13 has created an account, email us at calledtofly@goshenhubllc.com and we'll delete it.

    If you're 13–17, a parent or guardian needs to be aware of and involved in your use of the App, including any Premium subscription — see our Terms of Service, Section 2.

    8. Your Rights and Choices

    Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you
    • Correct inaccurate information
    • Request deletion of your account and associated data
    • Export your data (available directly in-app via the Career Export feature for training data)
    • Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time

    To exercise these rights, contact us at calledtofly@goshenhubllc.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.

    California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we hold, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it. In plain terms — we don't sell or share your personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of, but you can still request access or deletion anytime.

    EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): You have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we've mishandled your information.

    9. Data Retention

    We retain your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it longer for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

    If Called to Fly is ever acquired, or if we discontinue the App, we will notify active users by email at least 30 days in advance and provide an opportunity to export your data before any transfer or deletion. Your data will not be transferred to a new owner without this notice.

    10. Security

    We use industry-standard safeguards (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the App.

    If a data breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected users by email without undue delay, and in accordance with applicable law, describing what happened and what steps we're taking.

    11. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
